The Great White Shark Diamond Blade | 6000 Bond

The Great White Shark Blade is the largest diameter blades that we make here in the United States, in either a concrete or asphalt overlay version for flat sawing using equipment from 11-74HP. This blade will give excellent life and a very fast cut at a more economical price. Additionally these blades are designed to have an expanded range of aggregate types that they will cut effectively, they are the most versatile and forgiving blade we have for large diameter saws.

The Great White Pro Shark Blade is for Professional cutters and Self Performing contractors that want to be able to customize the blade based on the aggregate that they are cutting. These blades come in five different bonds from 1000 bond which is the softest – for hard concrete with heavy reinforcement , all the way to 6000 bond which is the hardest bond for asphalt only with no reinforcement.  Additionally these blades come in sizes from 14 inch all the way to 96 inch and thicknesses from 0.125” all the way to 0.250”. 1000 Bond is the softest bond for hard (high PSI) concrete with heavy steel reinforcement.

2000 Bond is a medium bond for concrete with some steel reinforcement

3000 Bond is a hard bond for Lower PSI concrete with little or no reinforcement  and longest life.

5000 Bond is used for asphalt over concrete or green concrete

6000 Bond is used for asphalt or green concrete.
