Shipping

All products are shipped within 1 - 3 business days (usually 24-72 hours) after purchase is completed. All product shipping varies on inventory. If there is a delay in fulfilling your order, we will promptly notify you. 

Returns Policy

All returns must be within 30 days of original purchase date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned products must be unused and returned with the original packaging. No return products will be accepted with missing parts or accessories.

All defective products will be reviewed for manufacturing defects and credit or replacement will be applied to products that are deemed defective. Products that have been worn or misused will not be credited. Special order items are non-returnable. If a return is necessary, please call 1-888-313-0004 and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number from our customer services department.

Please print the RMA number on the box or packaging slip to ensure proper credit along with an explanation of the problem with the product. Sencore Diamond Tools is not responsible for goods returned without an RMA Number. An invoice and purchase date must accompany any returned goods. Any discrepancies with quantities of items received must be made within 7 days after signing for package.
